30-Day REFUND Policy
In order to actually help Lansley customers out, we are offering a 30-day policy: If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Kindly note that NO returns will be accepted without notification.
To be eligible for a refund, please email us at support@lansleyllc.com and we will email you return instructions within 24 business hours.

Full Refund/Replacement
If we sent you a defective item, incorrect item, or the item was damaged in shipment, we will sincerely apologize and offer you a full refund or a brand new replacement. The option is totally up to you.

1-Year REPLACEMENT Policy

We offer free replacements to warranty all Lansley products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase.
