RETURN POLICY

As a DTC(Direct-To-Consumer) brand, Lansleywax will not accept ANY KIND OF RETURN due to product performance or liking for hygienic reasons. We only accept returns if waxing items were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or if we sent you an incorrect item.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at support@lansleyllc.com to alert us whether of the damage or of the incorrect item shipped. Upon receipt of your email we will respond as promptly and accordingly as we can and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

1-Year Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements to warranty all the Lansleywax products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Kindly note that our One Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not purchased at Lansley.us or Lansleyllc.com.

*ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We are currently unable to ship orders to destinations outside of the United States. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours through FEDEX, USPS(United States Postal Service) or UPS(United Parcel Service). Kindly be advised that we do not ship during weekends or holidays.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED.

Customers are advised to double check that the address is correct. Lansley is not liable for any item lost due to incorrect shipping address. We promise tracked shipping on all orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with live tracking information on the email ID provided at the time of placing the order.
